Yoga was great, and I really like the place that is offering the classes.
The Samarya Center is a non-profit studio with a mission to make yoga accessible to everyone. To that end, their classes are very affordable, and they go out and work with people who can't come into the studio (hospice, etc.) The fact that it's walking distance from my house

buy your own mat. You'll eventually tire of the stinky ones in class. Plus it's gear, and we all love gear.

uh, sorry, did that slip out? Gee, I need to get my practice going regularly again...
Gear recommendation: if you really plan to do this on a regular basis, invest in a good thick mat, not the kind they sell at basic retailers. They will sooner, rather than later begin flaking off bits of mat. And that's just annoying.
