Hopefully, Alex will get all of his knocks out while he's young and can survive them. Kind of sounds like he's a thrill-seeker though. Fixed gear bikes, wheelies and partying...
It's strange to see him in the picture with your family, because he looks more different to me than he ever has. The picture of him alone is really striking. He looks so intense. Like Steve Jobs or Harrison Ford.
Anyways, I hope he heals up okay and gets all that jackass out of his system.
Bummer I missed Passover again this year. It's my favorite holiday, but hasn't been the same since I left Portland...

He does have the ability to focus and get things done when he sets his mind to it. Maybe that's the intensity. He was very present for our visit.
