Internet + Photoshop = For someone who claims to be busy, I sure spend my nights in strange ways.

(apologies to ironphoenix --I just couldn't resist. On the bright side, I refrained from saving [but not from making] an animated version).

RS: The best part of this job is getting to kick cardboard boxes down the stairs.

UJ: I'm okay. I just feel sluggish today.

I hurt myself on the mat today. Badly enough that there was some question as to whether I could finish out the class. Not so badly that the answer was no.
