you have opened up an epistemological can of worms.

the question "are you healthy?" can't be objectively determined; there are externally established metrics that can be measured, but those metrics, like you say, change.

really, the only thing you can say with any kind of authority about our physical being is that we are dying. that though we perceive our selves to be separate, we are all intimately woven together with everything in this thin fabric covering the surface of our planet.
