My son has psoriasis and the best it gets is in the summer when he's regularly in the pool and sun. I have noticed that the pool alone will help it but then start to give him insane dry skin, but I use an aloe based after sun stuff on him for after bath time and that takes care of that.

I also had something they called "peri-oral dermatitis" and taking Neems cleared it up.
