Further research will be done

I've had a "skin condition" for years that seems to be a mild, atypical case of psoriasis.  (Atypical in that it is concentrated on my scalp and face.)  No treatment, whether prescribed, OTC, or alt has provided relief for more than a few hours.  Sunday I went swimming in the chlorinated pool at the hotel.  I just realized that the itchy, scaly, scabby patches are NOT THERE and haven't been since Sunday.  Hm.  Anyone have input on this from other sources/personal experience?  It can't be THAT easy, can it?
