Yeah I would love to do something like an hr of exercise every day but Pfft I'm lucky if I can manage 3 a week. My sister said something similar about going out and doing things after work. Limita. We haz dem. And someone's enthusiasm to see you do more don't change said limitz. But ugh having to defend your decisions. That's annoying!
I'm not sure how I missed that you had ADHD. Go figure huh?
