Раскрыл в предрассветной тишине новый роман и открыл для себя нового автора. Токмо начал читать, а уже почувствовал благодатный свет от живого языка великорусскаго, не замутненного погаными словами иностранными.

The novel and Reflections

No, it’s rather a reflection according to the author’s style.
I haven’t read a novel completely. It’s too large. As the people says in modern Russia, mnogabookaff. Serious this text or not, I would like to ask Ms.Kolyadina about it but she is at the Russian North now (I have entangled the days of the Russian Boooker and the Début Awards: the Début Ceremony is today but the Booker was earlier).
In spite of the grotesque image of Father Login (a funny name, yeah?), as it seems according to the first phrases, Lena says she is an adept of the Orthodox Church. My vision is slightly different (I posted my vision concerning difference between Lűther and Byzantium when I said about brothers Serge and André on December 4th-5th).

No, actually, I haven't read it, though the passage about 'afedron' was enough for me to understand which kind of literature it is.
