Alright. Here we are. The total weight loss over 90 days is 20 pounds. Can I get a booya? I've also lost 4 inches on the waist, I can do 20 pushups as to where I could do about 5, I have some(yes not much) muscle defination and my XL shirts fit like my 2XL shirts. It will be even better next time.
