Pick Up Artist

I've been watching this show ("Pick Up Artist" on VH1, I think) because it was filmed in Austin - it's kind of cool to see some of the Austin landmarks. However, I find myself having to mute or fast forward through some parts of it, simply because they are so cringe-inducing. I don't like watching people embarrass themselves even if it is funny,

omg, so glad you watch this too! Me and my bf luuurve this show. "Mystery" is such a nerd, his voice is so nasal and annoying! He always wears that pimp outfit with various glasses that are not practical, like those goggles or those wood pieces with slits in them. He and his "wingmen" are ridiculous looking--maybe Matador is OK.

It is a total hoot. They put blue and bleached blonde pieces in their hair and painted their nails black (ick!). If those guys talked to me like that I would think they are gay and they want me to be their hag, I guess that is how they get "in." It is good for picking up low self-esteem chicks looking for a hook-up, but that's probably about it.
