On Saturday I made picture-perfect biscuits and odd but tasty lentils to spoon on them for Kelly's backyard picnic. Also, glad you had such a delicious weekend. For my part: On Saturday we made Hollandaise sauce for breakfast sandwiches with roasted potatoes and yams on the side (never roast breakfast food! It is delicious but soo time consuming). Sunday, ate in cafes and restaurants in another city. Monday James and I made especially delicious potatoes and eggs with seasoned tomato slices, and for dinner experimental stir-fry with bbq orange spicy tofu dish. Missed you at least 3 times while cooking.
