Yesterday got off work at noon, did some stuff that needed doing, felt terrible, called mom, felt better, watched much Merlin and Avatar: The Last Airbender, partially packed, went to bed.
This morning got up, went to ancestral homestead, Mom and I made cookies all morning.  It was awesome.  We have a hippopotamus cookie cutter, you guys.  WIN

*sigh* So close, yet so far... We are driving down Sunday, staying in Tarrytown. We'll be seeing Cheryl and Sami in Mahopac on Monday, and Lied and her baby in the Bronx on Tuesday, and driving back Tuesday night. Unless you and Keet want to come meet up with us and Cheryl Monday, I think there's no way to make anything work out. Poo.
