So I'm clear, the area you live in is mostly hispanic? Sucks about your area being last to receive services and not getting information on such things.

Our neighborhood is mixed race, there's a very large Vietnamese community, as well as hispanic, white, and black.
The general SE region has a lot of hispanic folks, I'd say - I mean, Houston as a city is practically bilingual everywhere, and there are plenty of pockets of immigrants all over the place who would not be turning to English first.
But yes, I think the areas over here on the SE side have a large enough hispanic population that they would be turning first to the Spanish-language stations.
Who knows for sure?
