Wow, taking the subway to Queens at night is really inconvenient. I have to take a bus all the way through Brooklyn if I take the L line, and if I take the M line I have to go all the way down to Chinatown and then the line won't even go all the way to my house (since it's actually the J and I have to switch to the M at Myrtle Ave in Brooklyn.). Today I helped one of my roommates move out, went back to sleep, met some of my new roommates, and helped clean the house. Everyone here is pretty nice, there are just all these issues about whose stuff is whose and everything, which I guess is better than other people using your crap. I got a job, finally, at Starbucks. It sucks even worse than it sounds. I don't know anything about coffee, I can't even pronounce half the things on the menu, let alone scream them out in the order they're supposed to be called. Queens is pretty cool, even though going outside this late seems like a risk to my safety and well-being. I just got a badass chicken sandwich from the Arabian deli down the street for $2.50 at 12:30 am. Besides, if little kids are still riding their bikes outside at 9:00 pm, how dangerous could it be?
