My Lj is a bit buggy, I tried posting two times before, but no luck so far. I hope I'll manage today.

At last I listed the Bloody Sweet jsk. I went a bit overboard with the photo editing (I can has digital make-up, lawl), but trust me, it looks way better this way :D
It has already been featured in two tresuries: "I'd rather poppies than roses"Read more... )

Those fabrics are beautiful!

And the reasons you just said are the reason I don't covet brand prints. I would like a BtSSB dress, but a solid black one, because prints just can't be trusted. It makes me a bit... angry.

Thank you so much! I can't wait to figure out wat to make out of them! I think I'll try to make something Emily-Temple-Cute-esque for a change. I want to try out empire waists.
Right? It's so frustrating and I really see no reasons why they shouldn't try to fix it. Ok, the sizes I kind of understand, but the bleeding prints? Really?

Yeah, it's a little ridiculous. Maybe they assume that since people will still pay hundreds of dollars for them, there is no need to change. But that doesn't excuse this.

We can't really say that they aren't trying to fix it, but yet, they seem to make no progress with it. Also I recently discovered that some of the AatP pieces are made out of really thin cotton :( this really means that they can be washed at least 10 times less than regular cotton before signs of wear and tear (holes and such) appear!
Hah, I just thought that the new appearing styles (such as dolly-kei) could have something to do with that :D Them for most part being raggedy and "thrifty" :D
