Harry pondered over how to make it known that Voldemort was dead. Something dramatic; something that ensured Barty Crouch's dead body was shown with Voldemort's; something to sear this into the public consciousness.

Harry had a grim smile on his face as the solution came to him.

Harry whipped out his camera and snapped a few pictures. They were poloroids; they would self-develop within ten minutes.

Criminy, what is wrong with this guy? Why is he taking out his political frustrations through HARRY FLIPPING POTTER? This is-- this-- I don't even--

Is there ever actually an explanation as to why Ginny went crazy, now that I think about it? Other than thinking this Harry was too dangerous for the world and deciding that he needed to die, anyway...

"Harry whipped out his camera and snapped a few pictures. They were poloroids; they would self-develop within ten minutes."

God, don't I wish it were as nice as that.

No, Ginny isn't mentioned for another chapter or so. And there certainly is no explanation. Given how black-and-white this all has been, not so startling. Everyone the author doesn't like is just Evil, after all. Ginny does get a resolution, but it's...not too nice.

Yeah, I believe you mentioned that something horrible would happen to Ginny in the future (past? Whatever). I was hoping -- foolish, I know! -- that there might be some explanation about why she snapped. Like... at the very least that she's got the devil in her and just knows how to be patient. Stupid, I know, but -something-.

Lordy. The more I look at this fic the more I want to punch Harry "Killerman" Potter...

No, very little is actually about Ginny. It's weird because the author saw fit to put a warning that this fic was "Not for Ginny enthusiasts", yet only abuses her for about two points while focusing in Dumbledore and the rest of the Ministry for most of it.

I just want to strangle the bastard. Why on earth do people constantly feel the need to make him angsty and angry? The point was that he was fairly innocent!

I love how, despite being so focused on preserving the timeline, Harry is unconcerned that he has caused Draco Malfoy to cease to exist. I really hope that this means that future Harry won't be born.
And how is killing people early (VOLDEMORT! FUCKS SAKE!) not completley messing up the timeline?
I am really not looking forward to what Psycho Stu McBastard has planned for Voldy's corpse. Please tell me it dosen't involve some rope and Tower Bridge.

No, it involves Diagon Alley and pikes. -_-

*dryly* Oh, good job, Vlad, that will get their attention. They'll mostly be scared that some NEW psycho has taken over.

Lemme guess--they don't. They rejoice instead.

It gets a passing sentence, I believe. Most of the rest of this fic is related to persecuting Dumbledore, the Auror's, and the Ministry of Magic. Because of course my points above were ignored and everyone immediately believes what Harry wrote.

You know, the "Code of Harry" reminds me of the rules that John Cleaver uses in the "I Am Not A Serial Killer" books. He's a fifteen year old sociopath who gave himself a strict set of rules he has to follow to try to keep himself from becoming a serial killer.

Except Dan Wells is a talented author, Whereas DisobedianceWriter is a hack. Harry's code only exists so he can convince himself that when he kills for his own ends, he's better than the ministry. I also think you need to have more than one rule to qualify as a "code."

But what really gets me is that his code is completely useless. It's not like he gives them some kind of warning. No, it's just if Harry happens to see you twice, you're dead. Maybe Harry is just so awesome that the mere act of being observed by him should make anyone with a shred of decency renounce their sinful ways.
