[Well, he's back from Termina, finally, but after making it back through the maze of the Lost Woods with Epona, he was exhausted! But he just laid down for a little nap near the entrance to Kokiri Forest... And now he can't find Epona anymore! He can't even hear her whinny when he plays her song ( Read more... )

... ... ...

Is that supposed to be music?

[Why hello thar. Ganondorf is beginning to wonder if Hyrule has a "green only" dress code. He thumbs his nose at green either way. Awful, awful color.]

[He stops playing, but in the middle of his reply, well, he can't help but gape in disbelief.]

It's not just music, it--

[He's gaping now. Because it certainly doesn't take a genius to add the skin tone, the short ears, the nose, and the eye and hair colors together with that distinct clothing style to come up with "Gerudo male". He doesn't quite make the jump from that to "It's Ganondorf!", though.]

...You're not a girl.

[As for the green, well, it's not like Link has had an opportunity to get a change in clothes, and his goron and zora tunics, besides being too big, are now who-knows-where along with his poor boomerang and slingshot!]

Good eye. The sky is blue, too.

[Disdainfully, he folds his arms and leans on one leg, trying to determine the mental competence of the blond boy. He doesn't think to be offended -- girl power, and all that -- but it wasn't often that he was mistaken for the opposite gender. It was rather the point of his specialness, after all.]

...Alright, that was dumb to say. But aren't the Gerudo all women, other than Ganondorf?

[Considering the one he's talking to as being Ganondorf is near-impossible, mostly because who he fought is terrifying... And this one reminds him more of Mido, including making him feel all kinds of dumb for saying something obvious.]

[OOC; I'm sorry if my answer earlier was a bit too mind-read-y and punnish in the last thought-set... TvT I keep thinking I'm doing it wrong.]
