Also, I'm a bit confused about Sam feeling so unwell, and seeming to think it might be a permanent condition, when not long ago he was going running before dawn. Did I miss something?
I don't think you're the one who's confused, but perhaps Sam's health kick tendencies come out when he's closest to falling apart? Last time we saw him do that, it led up to his mental break where his hallucinations took over. Maybe Sam jogging is a warning sign, not a sign of health?
Cas said something like "What if I told you none of it was true?" and her response was along the lines of "Oh, that wouldn't matter, all that counts is what I believe!" I do not understand finding that a satisfying world view.
I thought it was reasonably sex positive, in that Dean showed Suzy real appreciation and Suzy changed her mind about abstinence pretty quickly and didn't seem to regret it (except when she thought God might be punishing her!).
