The princess is having seizures...again. Several at school, triggering a fun ride in an ambulance to the local hospital. This also resulted in a lockdown for the school to allow for privacy. Fun! After a few calls yo her neuro office at MGH, they requested her to be transferred for overnight evaluation. Yeah....about 15 observed seizures.

Happy to have a low key weekend. I was able to spend the majority of the time in flannel pj bottoms and smartwool socks. I love my new socks! I am not allergic to the magic wool socks.

10-Second Sangria
Ingredients:- Yellow Tail Shiraz (or similar red wine)
- Sparkling Lemonade
Fill a glass with ice. Add equal parts wine and lemonade. Serve.
OK. I must try this. This would be easy to make at a campsite....just saying.

weight training gloves...
I am looking for weight training gloves. One the classes I take at the gym uses barbells, and lately I have been noticing that my grip is compromised.
Any recommendations on brands/fit/care?

Fava beans!
The hubby, kiddos, and I went to Gibbet Hill for my Bday dinner. One of the specials had fava beans as part of the meal. Hubby smiled and I almost started to laugh. For my 30th birthday, we went to Casablanca's....and fava beans came with the special. We go to a non-chain restaraunt, slightly outside his comfort level, and there are fava beans!- ( Read more... )
