Macro-Microcosm Ideas

So... Holocron and Chronicles have always been great in the minutia, the microcosm. Right now the outline is all about bland, broad strokes... So I need to put that on the back burner and think about smaller ideas, fun ideas, ways to show those ideas ( Read more... )

In the last finished episode I saw, the stormtroopers had nooooo idea what was going on, so I think would probably need to catch on first before changing allegiances again. They are stormtroopers though. They're blunt. It could be as easy as asking one of them after the fact and them just saying "We moved on." I don't think we need a music video this time. ;D

... it's also harder to plan for them because as a hive mind they work in very different ways depending on which crowd is voicing them at the time. ;D

You make a good point that there are a lot of ways to go with the origins of the lekemite. On the one hand, the galaxy is huge and despite years of Jedi and Sith (okay, mostly Sith) mad science-ing everything there's lots of random mysteries that crop up.

You also say though that it's new, and it does seem to be. I'm very tempted to say this might mean its existence was caused by something we did in our own prior plots. I suppose that could be tricky though.

Ummm... lots more here to address, but I'll leave this for now.

Hmmm... Prior plots... I'll have to look into that, it does make a lot of sense.

Shola has so little history on it, its perfect for us to develop. It literally has only appeared in Empire at War and was mentioned once in Tor. Its existence is "Looks like someone drilled too deep and broke the planet, volcanoes forever."

I guess I'll have to see how the next stormtrooper hive mind responds, lol.

Maybe shutting down the Space Donuts screwed up something fundamental in the fabric of the galaxyyyyyyyyy. Or maybe that ancient enslavement-race invented both, and triggered one to surface when the other came out of commission???
