How to Minimize Glue Seepage/ Oily Doll Hair

It took me awhile to encounter it but after I did it just kept popping up again and again and again. I am of course talking about the much dreaded glue head problem that many doll collectors have with their fashion dolls. Looks like it got most of the glue out! What are the active ingredients in Goo Gone? We don't have this product, even online.

Interestingly, the bottle itself doesn't mention what ingredients it contains but thankfully the internet does! Here's the information I found:

Petroleum distillates, hydrotreated light, D-Limonene, and Orange, sweet, extract.
