It appears I'm the only one that says 'Coke' so far. xDD It's well-known down here that if you ask for something to drink and say that you want a coke, locals will reply, "Okay. What kind?"

To us, coke is anything but water and alcohol. X3

XD Yup! And when someone asks you what kind of coke you want and you really don't have a preference:

"I want a clear one." or "One of the brown ones, please!" ^________^

Agreed (well, except for clear where I'm from - DFW area in Texas. That's Sprite).

My dad is from the midwest and calls it "diet fizzy pop". Wait staff always give us funny looks.

I've always called it soda, even though, geographically, I'm supposed to call it 'pop'. I've just always hated the way that sounds. Pop! *shudder*

I voted Pop because that's what it is locally and what I grew up calling it...but I call it soda when I remember. ;]

I'm in eastern PA and have always called it soda. When I went to college in the western part of PA, everyone called it pop. Well, everyone but me. *was a rebel*

I grew up in Pittsburgh and Pop is what everyone calls it. I grew up calling it that. Now I am on the other side of the state where everyone says "Soda" Soda sounds too weird to me.
