I do accept you as you are. That doesn't mean that our past together isn't an issue. I do not forgive or forget easily, and there has always been a hell of a lot of bitterness involved in our past. Just because I've come to terms with it doesn't mean that you've magically regained the parts of my regard you lost in all of that crap. You haven't. You never will.
