Aw~ There will always be another manga that you can find and like.
You won't believe this but I haven't read that manga series at all. ^^;; I have over 350 series old and new that I haven't read at all. The one that I currently follows is ZE....umm....I don't know what others. Oh! Border but I haven't read the latest chapter, not yet.
I DL all mangas with the exception of a few titles here and there which I won't say cause I don't even remember it XD~ Shota is the one that I don't DL ^^ I am picky about art but as long as the story is good I can let the crappy art slide.
So what I do now is just skim over the mangas once in a while just to say that I did 'read' it but not really cause it's piling up and I don't have time to read it properly.
I sorted out my manga between complete and incomplete titles that way I will know that if a manga isn't complete I can look forward to another chapter and less of a clutter since there are way too many manga titles that had been released.
New mangas that I haven't read like a new series I put it outside and once I read it I would put it in incomplete if it's still not finish.
This way if I want to read a complete series again I can find it easily since it's in the complete folder. You should try it too oh! also put the mangaka's name on it too since there are a few titles with the same name and it made it easier to search for a certain mangaka's works.
I don't have a dropped folder but instead I put licensed - dropped in brackets thus making it at the top of the list and not in order with the other mangas complete or incomplete.
This is an interesting conversation about how we organize our manga isn't? ^^
I sort it BL/not BL. The mangaka I know I love I put the names on. I like your complete/not complete separation too. Good thing there's baka-updates when I need info! ^^
I do have another folder just for non BL titles as well but they're just mixed up with complete and incomplete since there are not that many and I can keep track of it.
Baka updates is really useful and I often use it if I get confused with a series that has a lot of different titles for the volumes.

So you just DL all mangas or do you have any specification like the mangaka, the art, etc?
