In my post, I listed several pages from the official (Japanese) site that I need more information about. Again, just a general idea as to what they contain would be good to start. For some, I may need a full or partial translation, but I won't know until I determine the nature of their contents. I've tried using Google Translate, and it's told me enough to suggest that I *might* be interested. A slightly clearer summary should tell me whether I need the information or not, as well as how much of it. (The "News" link, for instance may be mostly useless, but a few headlines may be very helpful.)
Also, the unofficial English translation can be downloaded online. Here is the untranslated "Author's Note" page(s) from the manga: http://www.mangatraders.com/view/file/24174/page/143The image in the link is a bit messed up, but the "Download" option should give access to the entire manga in JPEG format (once unzipped). Flipping through, you should see pages with untranslated ( ... )

I don't know if this counts as a source but apparently this location was also used for Natsume Yuujinchou anime as well. It's Midorikawas birth place.
there is a video up promoting the location for tourism related to the series here. Most of the stuff in the video relates to Natsume but you see pictures of Hotarubi no Mori e as well.
