...again.

For the record, it is nigh impossible to not notice when the entire Inuzuka clan goes into an uproar. Also, rumors may very well be the fastest things on earth as I was hearing about a certain "scent" that was picked up on the search for Kiba and have been able to come up with the conclusions already ( Read more... )

Sensei, I really really really really really need to talk with you. I know this is a sensationally bad time, and I don't really expect that you'll be free any time soon, and it's nothing really important anyway, I guess, so maybe don't bother but if we have to talk anyway?

Whenever you need me, sensei.

You've already been to see Kiba, correct? How is she? What has she told you?

She was... not as bad as I thought she would be. She'll live. The essence of what she told me is that she was being moronic and got herself into an unnecessary fight without reinforcement, and also that she's going stir-crazy. Other than that, she was... very drugged. You know how that is.

...Well none of that first part is really what I'd call surprising... Did she mention who she fought with?

And no need to remind me about the drug thing...

Sensei, before you start going on a war path, you really really really need to talk to me to get the straight story. It's very important that you do. And if not me, then the Hokage, or Morino-san, or even Hanato or Hinaji.

...it really could mean life or death I think. Please.

((ooc: Come back to us~))

....... *sighs*

I'm not really trying to march on the war path, Kiba. I just wished to express my urgency on the issue. It'll still take time and deliberation to some extent before anything would really be done. ...I suppose I should have been more eloquent on the matter.

If it makes you feel better, I'll talk to you first.

Leave it to the big boys, Yuuhi-san.

I have reason to believe the less involved you are in things, the better.

Nothing personal.

With all due respect, Ibiko, I'm a jounin. I am one of the "big boys".

[private]
...To be honest, I'm inclined to agree with you on the basis of this indeed being personal and thus... possibly a bad idea for me to involve myself heavily. My logic is on your side, Ibiko.

We'll see about the rest of me.

That may be true, but we all know emotions tend to make even the best of us act like genin.

And here I heard you were the soul voice of reason amongst us.

....I'm still in control.

And I still have plenty of reason to voice. I'm not going to be fighting you on the matter.

Hey.

I know this is a little hypocritical, coming from me, but. Don't do anything stupid.

Hypocritical indeed.

I'm just trying to be adamant, not reckless.

...Am I really so dull that when I do get adamant people automatically think I'm losing my sense of reason?

Hey, at least I'm aware of my flaws, right?

I know that. Just sayin'.

You're not dull. It's just that everyone knows the quiet ones are the ones you have to watch out for, coz they're the most unpredictable.

You have a tendency to ignore them completely as well...

...Alright.

Unpredictable, huh? ...Hn.
