Also, rumors may very well be the fastest things on earth as I was hearing about a certain "scent" that was picked up on the search for Kiba and have been able to come up with the conclusions already.
Organizing an assassination mission for Yakushi Kabumi becomes much more...pressing. Yes, people can say it's personal; but it's also relevant to the safeguard of Konoha. If her harassment continues on so freely, it will only expand and fester greater hostility. She needs to be dealt with. As immediately as possible.
