Strongbad is a character on homestarrunner.com. He writes the funniest emails. Everyone at my college knew about it so it was surprising my two compadres at work had no idea.

Homestarrunner is the coolest. I run into references from it all over the place...from Trogdor to "baleeted." They've become part of my normal vocabulary lol.
