The UCI VA and Financial Aid Offices can suck it.

Dear UCI Veterans Affairs Office,

Please tell me why I had to drive to UCI before work twice this week to take care of a financial aid issue that you should've taken care of a month ago. It's not that complicated: I get approved for a fee waiver by the LA office, the LA office forwards you the approval letter, you forward that letter to the UCI ( Read more... )

I blame most of my issues on being distracted by DT! But I can't help it, he's so pretty. Glad you have found the DW love - you on S3 yet?Have you seen the Confendentals (the making of eps) they are fab. Oh and the video diaries on the S2 DVD, like 1 1/2 hours of DT being a cute, super hot dork!
Let me know and I'll make up a dvd with all the goodies, seriously it's no problem! Can just pop in the mail, I love spreading the DT love! 'Cause now you'll understand my squee!

I'm almost done with S3 (I just finished 'Blink,' which was fantastic, BTW), and I'm about halfway through with the S2 Confidentials. I alternate between watching episodes of each because I miss Rose, damnit.

What are the odds that they'll find some rift in the universes and Billie Piper agrees to come back for a little bit? Because Martha is cool and all, but I could go without her puppy dog eyes for a while in exchange for Rose. Sorry. I'm still completely stuck in S2.

Also, you are such a sweetie! Thank you so much for offering to send the love. I broke down and bought S2, though, after 'Doomsday.' I'll probably d/l the S3 Confidentials after I finish the season.

And oh, my God, I thought my brain was going to explode with the awesomeness of DT's video diary. I didn't appreciate him doing his diary when lying down and/or in bed. That was just cruel, yo. There may have been some fangirly hyperventilating on my part. His girlfriend (if they're still together, I guess) is damn lucky.

'm a huge Martha fan, but I still really like S2 - I need to rewatch sometime. I just feel like I get Martha more then Rose, but that's just me - in terms of fic writing at least. Donno, maybe it's just that the fandom is so crazy split between the two - ugh, I can't take it. I like to think of them as totally seprate things, so I can like both.

Human Nature/Family of Blood are my favs of the season, Blink might be the best thing ever, like ever.

I'll burn the confindentals for you, no problemo. :) Plus extras and goodies - don't try to stop me. Send me your address. He dances in the FoB one, learning to waltz, 'tis a great thing.

I adore the video diaries, there will be more on the S3 dvds! It's the stuff dreams are made of, seriously. As far as I know (lol) they are still together although she's filming a TV show in LA now, so maybe donno. I don't really like her, mostly cause she's stand between our love, hehe. I'm only slightly crazy, really.

In terms of relating to the character, I think I get Martha more, too. In a way, she's in the same position as everyone else (fictional and fangirls alike) in love with the Doctor in that you can't compete with a ghost. After Rose, he's probably going to keep his heart guarded for a while.

(Let me guess: I'm here theorizing that the Doctor is still mourning Rose, and then he'll go and fall in love with Martha in the S3 finale, thoroughly proving me wrong. Wait. Don't respond to that. I don't wanna know yet.)

'Human Nature'/'Family of Blood' are my favorites of the season, too. DT did a great job. "John Smith" begging to stay human was heartbreaking and beautiful and emotional and everything the end of 'Doomsday' was. Well, minus me sobbing like a baby, that is.

Oh, I was going to save you the trouble of burning the S3 Confidentials, but you said the magic words, "extras and goodies," so I may have to take you up on that. I'll e-mail you my address. Do you still have the gmail one? In return, I will offer my first born child and ( ... )

Why is it that the most important offices are always the most fucked up ones? Life's a bitch!
