I have no less than three LJ entries I've started over the past couple of weeks but, for some reason or another, never got around to finishing. Thus, I figured I’d compact a bunch of half-assed entries into one, um, whole-assed(?) bullet pointed entry. Hooray!

*hugs back*! Sorry I've been awful with commenting on your LJ lately. I swear I've been keeping up with it. Guess I'm back to my lurking ways. I suddenly feel like I've forgotten to leave reviews for the past few chapters of a fic you posted (...which I think I have forgotten to, actually).

- Life on mars is good, but I absolutely love its spin-off Ashes to Ashes.
BTW, adore the icon!

- Ohhh! I've heard of Ashes to Ashes, but I never thought it was a LoM spinoff! I just read the IMDB plot summary, and I'm not quite sure what to make of it yet. Another person is transported back in time to the same characters that were, if I understood correctly, (SPOILER ALERT FOR ANYONE WHO HASN'T SEEN THE END OF LoM!) all in Sam's head?
Ah, whatever. I'm willing to suspend enough disbelief to watch the first episode. Also, I've found myself seriously missing Chris since I finished LoM, so seeing him will be a plus.

- A2A is basically LOM for the premise but it definitely turns into its own show. Plus, I kinda 'ship Gene Hunt and Alex (Sam's character in A2A). Really, I need to stop 'shipping people it's no good for my mental health.

- So I just watched the first ep of Ashes to Ashes. I'm not quite sure what to make of it yet, mainly because my head's still stuck in LoM, and I want to hear more about Sam--specifically what happened between him and Annie. (There goes my hope that Sam and Annie would go off into the sunset, being adorable together for as long as his fantasy allows.) Yeah, 'shipping isn't good for my mental health, either.
