I am so freaking hot today! Stupid impending summer. Because of this, I really wanted a nice, cold smoothie, so I improvised one! I have some frozen fruit I bought (I think it's peaches, strawberries, grapes, and melon), and I put 3/4 cup (a serving) of it in the blender followed by 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup light vanilla soy milk
