Me too. I know I'm in a bit of a minority here, but I didn't think she, as a mod, was that bad (cult of nice on behalf of the mods as a whole, aside).

And now, especially, I wish she was still around.

Wow. I don't know anything about the movie or the RL incident inspiring it, but that would be like someone asking for fix-it for The Laramie Project.

Ie, not okay, and probably defeating the point.

The details of the case are pretty horrible, but suffice to say that your comparison is absolutely correct. It's because of assholes like this one that Calpernia Addams has to include the following disclaimer on her website:

That is... so unfortunate, and I don't think I'm going to dig any deeper into it tonight.

RPF makes me feel kind of weird most of the time anyway (though I have seen a couple of not-at-all-creepy Yuletide requests that restored my faith in humanity) but that just seems to be taking it a little far.

I hope that fic does not get written, although I hope the requester gets another fic that makes her reasonably happy.

This is the new thing, I gather? At least allows you to select what OT3s you can write for, instead of requiring you to commit to any combination in the whole fandom.
