rheasilvia is right about the Siegfried tag (and also about the Middle High Version of the name of Volker). Thank you very much, this has bothered me for some time

Thank you, that is interesting. We can amend the spelling to your suggestions for the MHG parts, but I'm not sure about the name order and how it fits wrangling policy. I'll refer it upwards (though there may not time for a clear answer on that matter before sign-ups).

"Bee Farseer" is listed under "Farseer Trilogy - Robin Hobb," but she does not appear in that trilogy. She should be under "Fitz and the Fool Trilogy - Robin Hobb." (Alternatively, I guess you could combine both fandoms into "Six Duchies Books - Robin Hobb," or something like that, but that's not how they were nominated.)

Thanks. Added to list. I think that was an error I introduced in trying to stop other characters in the two sets wandering back and forth. We don't mean to combine them at this stage.

Splitting up the Terminator movies that way sounds good to me!

I've mentioned this before, so I apologize if you merely haven't gotten around to fixing it yet -- but, in Zachariah (1971), Matthias should be Matthew. I just figured that with as many requested corrections as you've gotten, it could easily have slipped through the cracks. So I hope you don't mind me bringing it up again!

Also, while I'm not the nominator, I was wondering if you could please explain why Steel Ball Run was rejected? The evidence post, which I agree with, is here. I just find it strange if it was indeed rejected due to its slim connection with the rest of JoJo, considering that certain other fandoms -- which IMHO are a million times more tied together -- have gone through.

It's clear there are some pretty interesting philosophical differences in ways of splitting up the movies (or not) - the discussion was fascinating. Maybe we'll have to revisit it before next year.

Hi Mods! I nominated The Martian - Andy Weir, and I'm worried I did it wrong.

I didn't specify any characters because they were already listed for The Martian (2015), but I just checked and it looks like those character tags explicitly specify the movie, ex. Mark Watney (The Martian 2015).

If the movie character tags can't be used for the book like I thought, then can you please duplicate them to fix my oversight? Thanks, and sorry for the confusion!

Ah. Right. You would have got the 'error' that said you couldn't nominate the characters as you nominated them, because they were listed under the movie. That is a feature/bug of tag sets,requiring all tags to be unique.

Could you please give us a link to your nominations form, and tell us which characters you want, and we will edit them in.
