Thanks for all you've done with this! :) I forgot and replied to my own comment in the confirmation post, assuming that would send a notification that I'd added in my third fandom, but I didn't realise that it wouldn't and that I wasn't supposed to, so it'll probably stay missing that one. I don't mind; it was my own fault, after all. That'll teach me to stay up all night... well, maybe. ;)

An edited comment only sends a notification if anyone is tracking the entry - which doesn't make sense since we will be getting 100-200 notifications a day and won't be able to sort through all of those (: hence the stipulation of please make a new comment!

Yes, so have we! However, I'm glad to hear that we're only a third of nominations because there is a LOT of stuff that's normally there missing.

Yes, me too! I found myself wishing I could nom more things and people and... well, you know how it goes. But this list still is giving me a start on thinking about which fandoms to offer. (And which fandoms I'll end up writing drabbles for for Madness.)

Oh, yes, I've found like 20 fandoms on the list alone :D some of which were movies I've always wanted to watch but never had the excuse to, things like that.

Thank you for doing the spreadsheet!
I saw it help a lot in terms of coordinating with other people to make sure more characters got nominated and we didn't get six different people nominating the same four characters.

I know I'm not alone in having Real Life things that annually consume my every waking moment during the time when the nominations phase takes place (yay academia). And there are lots of us out here for whom keeping up with realtime conversations on LJ is overwhelming or otherwise sub-optimal at the best of times.

Having the data collected and maintained in a spreadsheet lets more folks participate in noms. Thank you so, so much for all your hard work!
