Summary: Koyama finally picked up and started reading Shige's book Pink and Grey.
Note: Unbeted (I really should finish reading Shige's book, someone remind me to)
The book had been sitting on his table for a while now. Staring at him for a while now, every time he walked through his apartment it would just gaze at him, calling him over.
Koyama really didn’t have time. He knew that the book meant a lot to Shige, and he honestly wanted to read it. But sometimes things just didn’t work out like it should. Running around for interviews, working on the news program, on the radio program, doing photo shoots, planning their comeback… everything was eating away at his time. How Shige ever found the time to write he had no idea.
Then again, Shige wasn’t as busy as he is…
Well now he is… running around doing his author interviews. Being a best seller.
Koyama was proud, but still he couldn’t bring himself to pick up that book. The book that kept them separate for a while, the book that kept Shige too busy to hang out with him.
In a way, Koyama hated that book.
So when the evening finally came where Koyama had nothing to do, when he didn’t have to dash off to a different interview, or have to get some sleep because he had an early start, only then did he sit down.
And stare at the book.
When he finally picked it up and opened it up he found a message from Shige.
“I know it took a lot of our time away from us, but I wanted you to have the first copy. I am proud of this book, and I hope that you are proud of it too. I’m sure you’d be able to understand it a lot more than anyone else who would read this. Thank you for always being my friend Koyama”
It was a sweet message, the kind that warmed Koyama’s heart a little. The kind that made him want to hug Shige tightly and tell him that of course he was proud.
He turned the page.
Chapter 1 - Black Coffee
Koyama grinned, he always drank black coffee, Shige claimed it was too bitter, preferring something sweet instead like Strawberry milk.
Koyama carried on reading… the description was amazing, but there was something about it that was intense, the character on the TV and the character describing him… there was something about them, something that seemed to scream friends yet enemies.
Something that screamed sexual tension to Koyama.
Koyama put the book down, the pink bookmark holding the page at the start of chapter 2. He had to see Shige right now.

Shige groaned at the door. Whoever was there really seemed to like to ring the doorbell over and over.
“What?” he opened the door, and saw Koyama’s panting face… “Did you run here?” Koyama held his hand up while he caught his breath. Stepping into Shige’s apartment, slipping his shoes off.
“I only got to it now…” Shige looked at him puzzled, “And I get it…” he said, leaning forwards and crashing his lips with Shige’s.
For a moment Shige panicked, he had no idea what triggered Koyama to do that. But he really couldn’t complain. Secretly he had always wanted this to happen, he answered Koyama’s kiss. But did not expect where it was heading to next.
Koyama had pressed him against the wall, covering his body in that long body of his, the kiss had turned deeper, and when Koyama’s hands started to drift up under his shirt, he couldn’t hold back the small moan that escaped.
He felt Koyama grin against his lips before pulling back.
“Should we… take this somewhere else?” Koyama whispered in his ear, “seeing as this took a rather… different turn” Koyama came back into view, and Shige caught him glancing down. The cocky bastard, he thought, he was totally hinting at it, Shige pushed him backwards, grabbed him by the hand and dragged him to his bedroom.
Shige felt the thrill. He wasn’t sure where it came from, but there was something about stripping Koyama, kissing Koyama, having Koyama on his bed that just sent all his rational thoughts out the window…
Koyama wrapped his hands around Shige’s member in that moment, and the sound that came out of his mouth would put any singer to shame… Koyama paused… where did that come from? NEWS would be amazing if Shige could hit notes that clearly on stage… The thought was quickly lost as Shige leant up, biting onto Koyama’s lower lip, before kissing him again.
The heat in the room was rising higher and higher as the seconds passed. Shige was curling into Koyama as he slowly pumped his fingers in and out of Shige. Koyama had to admit it was hot, and even if he had lost his head somewhere along the line, this was definitely worth it.
Shige’s groan as he entered him was unbelievable, it made Koyama want to just start pounding into him. But he held back until he knew it was ok to move.
Shige moved beneath him, meeting his thrusts, arching into his touches, reaching up to pull him down, crashing their mouths together.
It was rough, heavy, and a little fast. It felt desperate and overdue. And with a groan of ‘Kei~’ Shige came, shortly followed by Koyama.
“Where… did that come from Kei?” Shige asked, while he was slowly catching his breath.
“I started reading your book… your characters have sexual tension between them… and face it, the character descriptions match us.” Koyama looked at Shige wide eyed, as if it was obvious.
Shige laughed.
“If that’s how you are going to react to my writing, I should get you to read more of my drafts” Shige pecked at Koyama’s lips.
“Wait…” Koyama paused, looking intently into Shige’s eyes. “I want you to know that I do actually like you… and that this isn’t some projection of your characters feelings onto me” Shige started laughing again.
“I like you too Kei” Koyama kissed him again, slowly slipping his tongue in. The second time was a lot more loving and gentle.
In the end, Koyama never actually finished reading Shige’s book… until a lot later…
