Japanese service is awesome. I'm just not used to it. This is kinda impossible in my country, so it's hard to believe it xD Even now I'm still suspecting they will charge my bank account or something xDDDD

I know the feeling. It's so strange that he even bothered about my broken stove. I mean, stove is each customer's own responsibility. They chose and bought it themselves. I can't believe they replace it for a new modern one for free O_O
