Gotta be honest but Earth Hour would make almost no difference to me.  Turn off all non-essential lights?  These people don't know how I live.  My electric bill for the last month was less than $25.  The previous month was a lot more because of cold fronts and I needed the heat.  This time of the year?  My electric usage is low.  I see where the

Man see... for me it's completely different my bills have always ranged 100 + dollars (up to 150 during the summer when ac's working overtime)-- I think the lowest was 70 something-- once. But even being gone most of the time I can't handle with out ac well etc-- and I hate the dark-- Depends alot on the areas-- but I know in Austin take a neighbourhood and shut everything off for an hour and that would be highly noticeable.
