Show is over, had a really good reaction and good press in the local news. Now have to sort out our flat and start thinking of where to move things to make room for the tree and Christmas visitors. Abigail is rolling, she may even be crawling by Christmas, and we don't want her falling off the stupid plinth. Wonder if anyone has a playpen we could ( Read more... )

Aww! I was so looking forward to seeing roobarb in HD. Are you still planning to go to the xmas market? Would you like to meet up (if time permits)?

We are hoping to go this Saturday as HD's starts before all the others, But we have agreed to a morning where Mark is helping a friend with some bricklaying, I am hoping he will still want to go afterwards. It would be lovely to meet up with you.

Hee, cool! I'm still mostly free on Monday. Let me know when you have a time set when you want to be there, and I'll simply join you. I may not stay out for long but we can go for a Glühwein and a stroll around the place :-) If you want to meet me: I'll be the one with the Who Scarf. I'm sure you can pick me out of the crowd (when no-one else can) :)

Mark is growing his beard to match his hair for the Children's Christmas Party, He is a big man, so if we can make it later today look for the Santa look alike probably in a grey coat.. I am short and far too round, my coat is red.. It does depend on how long the bricking takes, and how he feels afterwards, as the cough appears to have cleared for me, but he is still feeling tired and washed out.

That would be nice. We have friends over here who would love to go to this https://www.facebook.com/SwordForum n Leeds, but since Ryan Air have argued with Manchester Airport again, it makes travel from here a lot more expensive.

Oh yeah I can understand that about costs.

We have the Royal Armouries, there's a good day or two of stuff to see here, then that's it, you have to start getting a train to places with more after that LOL
