Welcome to Winterfaire 2023

The Winterfaire spreads out as far as the eye can see. Some booths show streamers of red and green, while others sport blue and silver. All of them offer treasure after shining treasure. There were caterpillars! We have lots of butterflies and moths here. Monarchs, red admirals, painted ladies, commas, question marks, the occasional swallowtail, tailed blues, assorted cabbages, and skippers all over the prairie garden. :D Lots of dark brown moths, a fair number of white ones, several times yellow ones with hot pink markings, rarely cecropias -- they were more common when I was little -- but I saw a luna here a few years ago.
