My suggestion is that you do online billing with our bank...then you never have to deal with the annoying websites of other folks. Online bill pay works great and you can send things when you want. I started this after my payments for my truck kept getting lost in the mail.

And I'd think it was my own error, except that I never authorized *or* typed in the second payment amount-- it just suddenly doubled. And there IS an 'authorize payment' thing that you have to click.

So, Varr says he saw you at Vantage West yesterday. I can definitely second the online billpay through the credit union. That happens to be where Varr works and he's been using it for awhile with no problems. He also mentioned that website payments are often handled by a company other than who you're making the payment to and the payee doesn't always have control over what the website does, which makes it that much more frustrating to try to correct.
