Oh, wait...it says Black High Mass.

I was beginning to have second thoughts about coming to LSM tonight...

[grins] It now says `black High Mass set' all four words are important (and I'll admit that capitalising Black was random and odd. I've edited that (which was about my third edit as I remembered other bits to say. One of which I complete while you were posting.

Aah, I hadn't realised she'd been sucked in too.

Tim made the point that in debates and things evangelicals often look more impressive because they will just quote Bible passages with authority and that often Liberals don't know there Bible well enough

Arguing with Pete was wonderful.

Pete: [concept] [verse]
Me: But, doesn't thta contradict that parable, you know the one about the man?
Pete: [verse]?
Me: Yeah.
Pete: No, because [concept]. Like in [verse].
Me: But that implies [complicated concept I can't believe he'd subscribe to] because of that bit in the rule, you know, about those things.
Pete: [Verse]?

I was also disappointed by the fact that congregation failed to read the instruction in the service sheet about leaving in silence when ready.

That would depend on you having a service sheet in the first place! After the drive from hell up from London, which meant that we arrived at 6.05pm, there weren't any sheets (or seats!) left!

Aah, I hadn't realised that service sheets had run out.

Yeah, we thought we were optimistic in hoping for 100 in the congregation ...!

What's wrong with concepts anyway?

I'm not entirely sure. But OTOH, I do think the historicity of Christ is important! (And why suddenly a post on this?)

Because you'd linked back to it on a post I was reading, I think reading emperor's LJ via caliston's f-list...

I often think that 'first adam' is the collective human experience....
