Dude! I really don't have time to read right now but it's starting out way too good. So I'm only a few sections in and screaming like a little girl over here every time Dean is thinking about "three", which is all the goddamn time. This is so freaking awesome! Just had to tell you that now :)
Very interesting take on the "bonded" trope. It sucked me right in and made me want to know what happens next. I especially like this line:
Sam is pushing love and steadfast devotion at him, just tossing it at Dean when he's least expecting it and like he has plenty to spare, and then he refuses to take it back when Dean doesn't know what to do with it all.
Seems a very apt description of Sam's love for Dean, and the way Dean can never quite accept that Sam loves Dean just as much as Dean loves him. *reads on*
In and out and in and out ten eleven twelve thirteen and his brother is so alive and beautiful it hurts. Gosh, that line (plus a bunch of others) just got me!
This is awesome so far. I really liked this line: Sam is zero because that's his favorite number (it always stays the same and never trips you up unless you're dividing by it, but in that case it just becomes infinity which is everything which is Sam).
