Summary: Miruki is about to begin her trial as other begin to fight to save their friends. There's something off about the trial though, one must wait more than seven years to begin their first trial, so why has Miruki's begun so early?

"Chinen!!" Nagase yelled as he saw the younger boy get body slammed onto the ground by a dear friend of his. "This would have been so much more fucking easier..." Nagase yelled, swinging Taichi to hit pummel him to the ground, "if our voice was what can reach them like in those damn movies! Writers better take note that voices can't ALWAYS reach a freakin person!" He yelled, technically talking to himself for some very strange reason. Taichi got back up, elbowing Nagase's stomach. Chinen, was much smaller compared to Hasshi, who has the advantage in strength. "Chinen! Hayaku ne! Finishi him up!"
"Itai!" Koki yelled as he was thrown to the ground. Esuzu and Sachi couldn't help but watch. Koki and Jun told them to stay back, so they're helpless.
"Koki-nii!" Esuzu exclaimed, bring her hands to her mouth in worry. Yuichi lifted him by the collar, comething he couldn't do before. Shige held Jun down, as he tried to struggle to get up. Jun was choking and Koki was beaten up pretty badly. Things are not looking up at the moment.
Hotaru was slammed into the wall after she was kicked, hard, by Akira. Hotaru quickly got her balance back and glared at her friend. "Chikusho! Akira, snap out of it! Stop listening to him! He's wrong!" She moved out of the way to avoid Akira's punch.
"It's not going to work, Hotaru!" Anna yelled, dodging Akito's, Akira's twin, attack. "Rai-san told us that we have to beat them senseless for them to wake up and hear us! So stop talking and fight her!" Annabel punched Akito right on the jaw and kneed him in the stomach. Hotaru turned to face her friend, who's eyes had a killing intent.
"Gomenasai, Aki-chan..." Crash!
Sachi couldn't stand being helpless. She looked at Esuzu, and could see she's thinking the same. They nodded toward each other and ran. Ran and tackeled the enemy to the ground. Sachi tried to make Yuichi stay down, but was pushed off harshly. Yuichi began growling and got up to be faced to fist. Blood came down Yuichi's mouth and he looked up at his friend.
"Yuichi no baka!!" Koki yelled angrily, holding his fist.
The weight on Jun's body was gone and there was weight on Shige's body. Esuzu tried to hold onto Shige's back and won't let go. Shige stood up and tried to shake her off. He then ran backwards fast, before Jun could get a kick on him, and slammed his back onto the wall, more like, slamming Esuzu on the wall. Esuzu loosened her grip and her world went black and she fell down unconcious.
"Esuzu!" Sachi yelled and ran to her. Jun grabbed Shige's wrist and slammed him on the ground on his back.
"Grah!!" Shige roared in pain and Jun huffed heavily.
"Teme..." Jun muttered in annoyance. When Rai and Miruki said that they are much stronger than they are, they were right. Sachi tried shaking Esuzu, who wouldn't wake up.
"Esu-chan! Esu-chan!" Sachi cried for the younger girl to wake up and blood slightly slipping down her head. Sachi gasped and glared at Shige. "Teme!!! Jun-nii-san! Esuzu won't wake up!" Jun took a second to look back and then glared at Shige. "And she's bleeding!!"
"Sachi! Calm down! You know where to take her, make sure no one follows! But come back as soon as possible!" Koki yelled and gave a take down to Yuichi. Sachi nodded her head and helped Esuzu get on her back and ran to the Safe House.
Chinen and Nagase were thrown against each other. Chinen tried to get up, but he was way too slow. Hasshi kicked him in his gut and Chinen went flying. "Chinen!" Nagase yelled and was lifted up by Taichi. He punched him repeatedly, swollening his cheeks. Nagase finally grabbed Taichi's wrist and kneed him in the face. "Chinen! Yameru! You have to fight him or else you're never goin to get your friend back!" Nagase punched Taichi across the face. "Hurting my friend is hard for me too, but we have no choice!" Nagase held Taichi by his collar. "So, apologize now..." Chinen cried again.
"G-Gomenasai, Hasshi!" Hasshi tried to attack him again but Chinen side stepped and hit him on the side of the face. Hasshi glared up at the smaller boy and began growling.
"Damn whimp."
Miruki opened the sewer shaft and found herself in the basement. Just as Jin said it would lead her. She jumped out and looked around. No one. She slowly walked up the stairs, light on her feet, and opened the door lightly. To see a boy about Anna's age. When he got a bit closer to the door, she grabbed him, covering his mouth and brought him inside the basement. She lightly jumped down the steps and punched him in the gut. She stuffed his mouth with a handkerchief and kicked him on his side. I feel like a bully... He fell on the ground and Miruki lifted him up and punched him on the jaw. As she was going to attack him again, he began to mumble angrily. He began to childishly swing his arms up and down from his side. "Urusai." Miruki whispered, her index finger against her lips. He was immediately silenced and Miruki took the handkerchief out of his mouth. "Gomen ne. It was the only way for you to wake up. Also, can you tell me how to get to the top without getting caught?" He nodded his head, taking out another run down map.
Sachi hid in bushes as she came to the sewer shaft. There were so many people on guard, but she had to find her way around so that Esuzu's wound can be treated. She then noticed that they all ran a different direction so she took the chance to get to the sewer shaft in the alley. But then she noticed something about the air. She turned around to see a boy behind her. He was definitely older than her. Maybe Anna's or Hotaru's age. He smirked down at her. "You're with that Hunter, aren't you?" Sachi kept quiet and put down Esuzu down softly and lightly as to not damage the condition more than it is now. She then stood up straight and went for a round house kick towards him. He dodged and elbowed her stomach. Sachi bended over a bit but stood up, ignoring the pain. She glanced at Esuzu, who had a cloth around her head now. Esu-chan, please hold on... Just a bit longer...
It was Koki's turn to be on top. He punched Yuichi hard across the face, making him bleed. But suddenly stopped when he noticed that Yuichi was holding onto his jaw, not even resisting. "Itai... Koki-kun... Did you have to hit me so hard?" Koki got off Yuichi and helped him up.
"Daijoubu, Maru?" Yuichi nodded and Koki smirked but Yuichi suddenly yelped in pain.
"What was that for!?"
"That was for kicking my ass!" Koki then looked toward Jun and noticed that he had just knocked Shige out. "Daijoubu, Jun?"
"Un, my jaw just freakin' hurts. That's all." Koki then took two rosaries out from Sachi's bag and gave it to Maru and put it around Shige's neck.
"Alright, that should prevent the rumor now. Where's everyone else? Ueda, Junno, Kame, and Jin." Koki asked.
"They're inside the haven; well, Jin was patrolling around here, but then, he just suddenly disappeared."
"Hmm, Utsumi-san, Anna-san, and Hotaru-san must have gotten him. I wonder where he's hiding..."
"Should we look for your friend?" Jun asked Koki, but then Maru and Koki just shook their heads.
"Iie, that idiot must've gotten lost. We'll just find him naturally." Koki said nodding his head.
"You have to get through the shaft right there." The boy, now known as Takaki Yuya, told Miruki. "Then, over here, we have the door way, but it's block by a guard. But he will be alone. It's the stair way, and since this is still a construction site, it'll be opened up just as it is on the first floor and the rest. Be careful on the stairway too, there are some empty spots to it." Miruki stood up and bowed. She then put a rosary around his neck and bowed in thankfulness.
"Arigato, Yuya-san." Yuya... Her ears perked up suddenly. Tegoshi-san, I hope he's okay, I hope... He's not injured at all... She bowed once again and opened the secret shaft to the second floor. "Ah, Yuya-san, I suggest you get out of here as soon as possible. Before the haven, there was never a basement for the Tokyo Embassy." Miruki climbed up into the shaft and Yuya quickly left into the sewer shaft.
Anna tried to steady Akito who was stumbling a bit. A rosary now around his neck. His arm was around her shoulders while they watched two friends fight. "Hotaru!" Anna yelled at her. But Hotaru didn't listen. Akira finally fell down and Hotaru was about to punch her, extremely hard. Akira defended herself, waiting for the blow, which never came. She then looked up to see Hotaru's swollen eyes.
"I can't do this!" Hotaru exclaimed sadly. She fell on her knees and sobbed silently, waiting for an attack to come. She was suddenly wrapped around something warm and felt something wet on the back of her neck.
"Hotaru-chan! Gomenasai!!" Akira exclaimed. "What have I done!? Honto ni, gomensai!!" Hotaru held onto her friend and sobbed. Anna looked away.
"Don't do that... You gonna make me cry!"
All Nagase had to do was kick Taichi for him to pass out. He looked over to Chinen and Hasshi; who both fell down from exhaustion. Nagase walked over to Chinen and picked him up and set him down gently by the wall. "I want sugar..." Chinen mumbled. Nagase hid the two kids and helped Taichi up who had just woken up, quickly.
"Daijoubu, Taichi?" Nagase asked him giving him a rosary. He put it on and nodded his head. "Chikusho... If you're that strong, I don't want to know how strong the others were..."
"Demo, you were holding back weren't you?." Taichi said and Nagase looked away, not responding. "MATTE!!! YOU'RE TELLING ME YOU WEREN'T HOLDING BACK!? DAMN YOU'RE WEAK!!" Nagase punched him in the back of his head. "ITAI!"
Miruki came across the one guarding the door to the stairs. It was actually a girl, she must be at least her own age. Piece of cake. Miruki then covered the girl's mouth with a handkerchief and guess what it smelled like. The smell of used tobacco outta do the trick. Then the girl fell down in Miruki's arms knocked out. Miruki got out a rosary and placed it around her neck. At least she'll be able to think on her own now. Miruki left and ran in, only to fall over and grab an edge of the stairs when she reached the near end of it. Chikusho! I'm already falling!!! Miruki lifted her weight and got on the the second step. Yuya-san was right. I have to be careful. It's opened spaced... She ran up the stairs and soon came across a door, it's now the fifth floor, she was about walk up again until she noticed that the stairs that lead to the sixth floor was missing. She glared at what lies beyond the door. She slammed it open and a woman of 19 stood before her, hand clasped behind her and she was look outside the open air. It was a dangerous site to be at. She quickly turned around and smiled. But that smile was actually, quite cold... "Ah, Utsumi-san. I've been waiting! Let's see, can you really get to the top?" Miruki clenched her hand into a fist.
"Your smile is making me sick to my core." The woman simply smiled.
"Atashi no namae wa, Horikita Maki, desu. Please prepare yourself."
