Man, this is one summer of my life I'm never going to get back. I have pretty mixed emotions about this second half of the summer. I would say that classes are a LOT better but really that's only the ASL class. ASL 4 is SO much better than 3. I'm really pissed off about ASL 3. I feel so cheated. I've been so busy!! ACC's summer classes started a couple weeks ago and man is that rough. I'm in class every day (MTWTh) from 1-9. I'm free as a bird on the weekend though, just for the record [wink wink]. I'm actually on the path to becoming an interpreter for ASL. I'll hopefully be taking "Interpreting 1" in the fall. Wow, crazy month. It looks like this semester is going to be harder than I thought it was going to be. I went from useless lump to studying way too much. And I'm STILL behind on my reading! I'm back in school now. My break was acceptable. The trip to New Mexico was pretty fun. Snowboarding is cool but I'm a bit of a lightweight. We went in the dead of winter and it was just like spring skiing. Crazy. There wasn't much real snow but I can't complain about not freezing.
