Oh yes, I dont believe I have the right to ever complain again. I got everything I wanted for christmas and more. Nikon D80, a tub full of 50+ books, lenses, filters, money and yeah, Im the most grateful child alive.

Lindsey and I found a house we've applied for, its only three streets down from where I live now and the rent will be so much more but jeez.... I cant live in this house anymore. I've never felt so helpless in my life. Depending on others is not what have ever done in my life, so its beeen difficult. Knee surgery went fine and my family has been taking good care of me/spoiling the crap out of me for the last four days. I couldn't have choosen a better time to take care of this problem. Im not allowed to go running now. I ripped something in my knee. I have an appt friday with my surgeon.
Now Im probably gunna get fat... as if my ass, literally, isnt big enough already.
GOD DAMNIT I wanna be invincible!

My knee hurts from jujitsu and yoga so I go to the doctor for it. She scheduled me an appt for an MRI on my knee next week because my xray was normal. She also said she believes I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from my wreck earlier in the year and wants me to see a head doctor. I dont think I like that idea. Im not doing it. Ahh the simple pleasures in life are always the best. My grades for midterms kicked butt, now I just gotta keep 'em that way. Im quickly making up for last semester and thats a relief. I wish everything else was so easy. :(

I need something new in my life.

So I did something about it.

I start learning the amazing Brazilian art of Jiu-Jitsu tomorrow.

I've already learned a few braces like the Triangle Choke and such from a buddy, but now hes bringing me to a class. Im stoked.

As much as I hate to say it, losing my license has had a partial positive effect. I mean, I've made the best of it. I love that I have all A's this semester, I've not since UAB. Im stuck on campus for twelve hours and definately not in class that long, so Im forced to study. At home, i dont get out much through the week, so I study. And its ( Read more... )
