I've never felt so helpless in my life. Depending on others is not what have ever done in my life, so its beeen difficult. Knee surgery went fine and my family has been taking good care of me/spoiling the crap out of me for the last four days. I couldn't have choosen a better time to take care of this problem. My arm muscles are feeling pretty
