You know how there's that fairly well known model of the stages of grief: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance? I reckon there's probably a similar model for the stages of stress too, in which case I would probably consider myself to be in the stage of indifference ( Read more... )

The stages of grief aren't really a good accurate account anymore. :B People experience a wide range of elements (physical, spiritual, emotional and mental) and in no particular order - we move randomly through all the reactions with no order or predictability. :B

That's me done with imparting my knowledge from my course. >_>
