Long Time

Ah, there's nothing quite like the games industry to make you forget that you have a home life. I was here at the office until 11pm last night, got home around quarter past midnight, had just enough time for a shower and sleep and now I'm back here again at 10am this morning ( Read more... )

whaaaaaaaaaat. 11pm? Are you serious? I know you're probably not getting overtime, but what about comp time? Comp time at least, right?? DDDDDDDD:

It's like... being busy actually makes me manage my time better. it's stupid truths like this that makes life so unbearably annoying sometimes though. Conflict of interest FTL.

Also, unfortunately I am an inhabitant of the aforementioned planet, and it's WAAAAAAAAAAY past my bedtime. It's 10:35pm dangnabbittt

There had better be some serious holiday time after this is all said and done. >:|

Haha, yeah, I know what you mean. Not having any free time forces you to be more efficient with how you allocate your activities. I suppose it's good in a way - you get more done and you don't get bored so easily.
Though I think I'd probably still prefer holiday time. XP

Man, I remember a time when I used to try get to bed by 10:30 in the evening. I also remember a time when I used to be able to get home by 3:30pm and spend the rest of the afternoon/evening loafing around. Those were good days. ;_;

My body doesn't do so well on less than 8 hours of sleep. I wish it wasn't so, but eh. :|

And yeah. I used to walk Brisbane at night time since one of the days of my course finished at 10pm or something. It's very different from the crowded streets during the day, and yeah, it is rather peaceful.

I used to be really rooted if I didn't get 8 hours of sleep at night, too. I dunno, I think you can get used it if you gradually shift your sleep patterns. Not that that makes any more pleasant, mind you. ._.

Yeah, isn't it just? It's so... interesting to see a bustling city shut down for the night. Y'know, to that extent, I've often got this fascination with stories or movies that are set in some sort of post-apocalyptic world where cities are still standing, but their inhabitants are gone. :B d But I digress.

Yeah, those kinds of stories interest me for that reason. I wouldn't say they're my favourite - I probably prefer space opera over everything else but I like to think I like everything equally :p.

Jeremiah would have been great if it was subtitled - it had such an interesting concept. I would have kept watching it.
