We just can't be honest with each other. (Mao/Ohno interaction)

A few of you have requested some views of relationships. Since they’re not entirely Maotsujun, or even have Jun in them, I didn’t post them on ebisu_midnights . Each friendship storyline does, however, change and develop Mao and Jun’s relationship still. If you’re interested, you could read them here on my journal. I started with Ohno first, but I doubt the rest ( Read more... )

When I was writing this, I actually felt very sad when I finished it. I think it was because I wrote it for Ohno, even though it was from Mao's perspective and it was heart-wrenching that he is this amazingly sweet guy, and in different circumstances, Mao would have told him what he only dreamed of hearing. *sighs wistfully* But this scene belongs in a Maotsujun fic so...

Thank you for reading!

Yeah. <3 He's adorable. Writing him heartbroken made me feel a mixture of sadness, guilt, and shame. x_x

Thanks so much for reading. ^_^

is it wrong to say this is sweet? I feel like it is, somehow it seems sweet to me. Not bittersweet either. I mean it's not deliriously happy but somehow it's not bittersweet. I can't explain. It has to do with how Ohno and Mao's relationship is so innocent and unrestraining in both feeling and action. It's one of those many different types of loves that surpasses brother/sister/girlfriend/boyfriend. I don't know where I'm going with this.

I hope you keep posting more installments though. ^^ Something happy to read before I leave Japan in 10 days >.

Your response made me feel the most satisfied in reaction from a reader-- I think because I didn't expect to get one like it that sums up what I was trying to convey since I ended up failing and feeling sad about it myself. haha~

But no, it is not wrong to say this is sweet. I couldn't think of a better adjective to describe their relationship in this plot.

Thank you for reading!
