My husband and I both look at the death penalty like this: It's not so much a punishment as you are such a danger to society that you cannot be in it, period. Stepping away from the huge debate about how the death penalty is used for politics, racism, etc., individuals like this that have OVERWHELMING evidence against them, especially that they murdered more than just a few people, I think are a superb candidate for this.

Flynt is allowed to his opinion, of course, but considering the situation, it's pretty much a shitty and insensitive comment to make.
